§ 1. SUBJECT OF THE REGULATIONS
- The Regulations of AMW REWITA Sp. z o.o. Rewita Jurata Branch (hereinafter referred to as: the Facility Regulations) specify the rules for providing services, liability, and staying on the premises of the Rewita Jurata Branch (hereinafter referred to as: the Facility) and constitute an integral part of the contract concluded by making a reservation, paying the reservation fee, or the full amount for the stay at the Facility. By performing the aforementioned actions, the Guest confirms that they have read and accept the terms of the Facility Regulations.
- The Facility Regulations apply to all Guests staying on the Facility premises.
- The Facility Regulations are available for review at the Facility Reception, in each room, and on the website www.rewita.pl
§ 2. HOTEL DAY
- A room at the Facility is rented by hotel days.
- The hotel day lasts from 5:00 PM to 10:00 AM the following day.
- Failure to vacate the room by 10:00 AM will result in charges for an additional day without the possibility of further accommodation.
- The Guest should request an extension of the hotel day at the Facility Reception with appropriate advance notice. The Facility may refuse to extend the stay, especially if all accommodation places (rooms) are occupied or if Guests do not comply with the Facility Regulations.
- The Facility reserves the right to refuse to extend the Guest's stay if full payment for the current stay has not been made.
§ 3. RESERVATION AND STAY
- Access to the room for the Guest requires presenting an identity document with a photo to the Facility Reception staff and filling in the stay card.
- The Guest may not share the room with third parties, even if the paid period for the stay has not expired.
- Visitors may visit Guests between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM after prior notification to the Facility Reception.
- The condition for accepting a reservation is payment of the reservation fee in accordance with the Company's applicable service reservation regulations.
- The Facility may refuse service to a Guest who has seriously violated the Facility Regulations during a previous stay, especially by causing damage to Facility property or to Guests, or harm to a person, employees, AMW REWITA Sp. z o.o., or others staying at the Facility.
- The price of the stay does not include local fees, which the Facility is obliged to collect during check-in procedures.
§4. SERVICES
- If there are any complaints regarding service quality, the Guest is requested to report them immediately to the Facility Reception so that staff can improve the service standards.
- The Facility is obliged to provide Guests with:
- conditions for full and unrestricted rest,
- safety of stay, including confidentiality of Guest information,
- professional and courteous service in all provided Facility services,
- room cleaning and necessary equipment repairs during the Guest's absence, and in their presence only if they consent or request it.
- Additionally, upon Guest's request, the Facility provides the following services included in the stay price:
- providing information related to the stay and travel,
- wake-up calls at a designated time,
- storage of money and valuables in the deposit during the Guest's stay, subject to § 6 section 4 of the Facility Regulations,
- ordering taxis.
- The Facility may provide additional services based on separate regulations and price lists.
§5. GUESTS' RESPONSIBILITY
- Children under 12 years of age should be under constant supervision of legal guardians on the Facility premises. Legal guardians bear material responsibility for damages caused by children.
- The Guest bears full material responsibility for any damage or destruction of the Facility's equipment and technical devices caused by their fault or by visiting persons. The Facility reserves the right to charge the Guest for damages after departure.
- In case of breach of Facility Regulations, the Facility may refuse service to the violating person. Such person is obliged to immediately comply with Facility requirements, settle payments for services provided, cover damages, and vacate the Facility.
- Each time a Guest leaves the room, for safety reasons, they should turn off the TV, turn off the lights, close taps, and lock the door. The key/card must be left at the Facility Reception. Due to fire safety, the use of heaters or other electrical devices not provided as part of room equipment is forbidden in rooms and other areas. This does not apply to computer chargers and power supplies. Any comments, suggestions, equipment malfunctions, or device defects noticed by Guests should be reported to the Facility Reception.
§6. FACILITY'S RESPONSIBILITY
- The Facility is responsible for loss or damage of items brought by the persons using its services within the scope defined by the Civil Code provisions (Art. 846 et seq.).
- The Guest should notify the Facility Reception immediately upon detecting damage.
- The Facility is liable for loss or damage of money, securities, valuables, or items of scientific or artistic value only if they have been deposited with the Facility.
- The Facility reserves the right to refuse to accept deposit items of high value, large amounts of money, items threatening safety, and oversized items that cannot be placed in the deposit.
- The Facility is not responsible for damage or loss of the Guest’s car or other vehicle, items left inside, or live animals, regardless of whether the vehicle is parked on Facility grounds or elsewhere.
- The Facility is not responsible for items left in publicly accessible places on the Facility premises.
§ 7. RETURN OF LEFT ITEMS
- Personal items left in the room by departing Guests will be sent to the address indicated by the Guest at their expense.
- If the Facility does not receive instructions from the Guest regarding the return of left items, it will store these items at the owner's expense for three months, after which they will become the property of the Facility.
§ 8. NIGHT QUIET HOURS
Night quiet hours at the Facility are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
§9. COMPLAINTS
- Guests have the right to file complaints if shortcomings in the quality of services are observed.
- All complaints are accepted by the Facility Reception.
- Complaints should be submitted in writing immediately after noticing deficiencies in the service standard.
§ 10. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS
- The Facility accepts animals in specially designated buildings (DW Czajka, DW Albatros, DW Kormoran) provided the animal has a current vaccination card and aggressive animals are excluded. Animals may stay in the designated buildings for an additional fee and subject to acceptance of the Facility's Animal Stay Regulations.
- Smoking and the use of open flames are prohibited in all Facility buildings and immediate surroundings except in designated areas intended for this purpose. Guests causing fire brigade interventions due to non-compliance will be charged for the costs. Additionally, in the case of non-compliance with the smoking ban, the Guest may be charged for room disinfection.
- Dangerous goods—such as weapons and ammunition, flammable, explosive, and illuminating materials—may not be stored in Facility rooms.
- Building fires are strictly prohibited on Facility grounds.
- The use of electric and gas stoves is completely prohibited in the Facility.
- The Facility reserves the right to move Guests to another room (room exchange) while respecting the rule of no deterioration in stay conditions (same or better standard) due to failures, renovations, emergencies, or reservation errors.
- The Guest is obliged to pay for the entire stay 7 days before arrival, or, in special cases and with the Facility Director's consent, no later than on the Guest’s arrival day. The Facility does not refund paid amounts if the Guest shortens the reserved stay. If the Guest shortens the stay before the full settlement, the Facility charges 30% of the value for each unused day from the reservation fee.
§ 11. PERSONAL DATA
- The data controller is: AMW REWITA Sp. z o.o. with registered office in Warsaw, ul. Zielone Zacisze 11B, 03-294 Warsaw.

- Personal data are processed for the purposes of:
- planning and managing service delivery, processing payments, conducting accounting, auditing, billing, and debt collection activities;
- considering complaints and providing ordered services;
- dispute resolution, enforcement of our rights and claims;
- ensuring compliance with legal requirements, e.g. maintaining sales records for tax purposes or sending notifications and other information as required by law.
- Where consent has been given, personal data are also processed for receiving offers, other service-related information (including marketing newsletters), and information about planned events.
- Personal data will not be processed for automatic decision-making or profiling beyond what is described above.
- Personal data are processed under Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (EU Official Journal L 119 of 4 May 2016), which states that processing is necessary to perform or fulfill legal obligations or is necessary for the legitimate interests of the Company provided interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the Guest are not overridden; processing may also be based on the Guest's explicit consent.
- The categories of personal data collected and processed include:
- Contact information – such as full name, address, telephone number, email address;
- Payment data – necessary for payment processing and fraud prevention, including credit/debit card numbers, security codes, and billing information;
- Special categories of personal data – related to SPA services and access to certain wellness facilities, where health information may be requested; consent is required for use, without which some treatments may be unavailable;
- Other personal data – occasionally data such as date of birth, habits, or preferences may be requested to send greeting messages; consent is required for such use.
- Recipients of personal data will only be entities authorized to receive data under law and those involved in service provision.
- Personal data will not be processed outside the EU. Personal data will be stored for about 10 years.
- Subject to certain legal conditions, the Guest has rights to access, correct, delete, and restrict processing of their personal data. The Guest also has the right to object to processing and request data portability. Guests can request copies of their data and may be charged for multiple requests. Consent to data processing can be withdrawn at any time, which will not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Data may continue to be processed if there is another legal basis.
- The Guest has the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority.
- Providing personal data is voluntary; however, refusal may result in refusal to provide the service or conclude the contract.
