Personal Data Protection
Introduction:
This document contains general information regarding the processing by AMW REWITA Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter REWITA) of personal data of current and potential Clients, current and potential Contractors, including persons visiting the REWITA website.
The document fulfills the information obligation imposed by the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation (Official Journal EU L.2019.119.1)) (hereinafter GDPR).

For What Purpose Do We Process Personal Data?
If you are our Client, personal data is processed for the purpose of service provision, settlements required by law including issuance of documents confirming sales, accounting, tax matters, processing potential claims, as well as ongoing contact as our Client. The basis for processing is the contract concluded, regardless of its form, between you and REWITA.
If you are our Contractor, personal data may be necessary for the performance of tasks arising from the contract binding us, its settlement, accounting, tax matters, processing potential claims, as well as ongoing contact in this regard. The basis for processing is the contract concluded, regardless of its form, between you and REWITA.
We also inform you that data will not be used for marketing purposes without your consent.
What Personal Data Do We Process?
If you are our Client: first and last name, address, phone number, e-mail, children’s ages.
If you are our Contractor: first and last name, company name, address, phone number, e-mail, tax identification number (NIP), bank account, first and last name of the representative, contact details of persons for ongoing cooperation.
Do We Perform Personal Data Profiling?
We do not process personal data in an automated manner, including profiling, meaning that no decisions producing legal effects or similarly significant effects on a person will be based solely on automated processing of personal data and are not related to any automatically made decision.
How Long Do We Process Personal Data?
Personal data is processed as long as the purpose of processing exists, as well as for the period required by other applicable laws.
What Are Your Rights?
- Right to rectification – in case the data is incomplete or incorrect.
- Right to be forgotten – the right to request deletion of personal data.
- Right to restriction of processing – the explicit right to block access to personal data by authorized persons.
- Right to object – upon receiving an objection to personal data processing, data will not be processed unless there are other grounds for which processing can continue.
- Right to data portability – the right to transfer personal data to another controller.
- Right to lodge a complaint – if you consider that our processing of personal data violates applicable laws, you can file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
Do We Share Personal Data with Other Entities?
We may share processed personal data with processors who provide services on our behalf based on a personal data processing agreement.
Access to personal data is also granted to entities supporting REWITA in its daily operations.
Where required by law, we are obliged to provide data to authorized state institutions.
Do We Transfer Data Outside the European Economic Area?
We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
Do We Use So-called Cookies on the Website?
A “cookie” is a small text file sent by the web server and saved on the user's end device (e.g., computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.). By default, cookie parameters allow the server that created them to read the information during each visit. REWITA does not use them to store personal data or disclose their content. Blocking cookies in the web browser may disable some functionalities of our website.
Cookies do not contain data that unequivocally identifies a person – it is not possible to determine anyone's identity based on them. Cookies are not harmful to your device, do not change its settings or installed software. Their content can only be read by the server that created them.

Cookies necessary for the proper functioning of our website, navigation, making reservations and downloading multimedia materials, ensuring the security of transactions through the online reservation system, enabling us to collect statistics concerning the website’s functionality, remembering your settings and preferences, receiving personalized advertising, and enabling the integration of the "facebook" social service.
