§ 1. SUBJECT OF THE REGULATIONS
- The Regulations of AMW REWITA Sp. z o.o. Rewita Pieczyska Branch (hereinafter referred to as: the Center Regulations) specify the rules for providing services, responsibility, and staying on the premises of the Rewita Pieczyska Branch (hereinafter: the Center) and constitute an integral part of the agreement concluded through making a reservation, paying a reservation fee, or the full amount for the stay at the Center. By performing the above actions, the Guest confirms that they have read and accept the terms of the Center Regulations.
- The Center Regulations apply to all Guests staying on the premises of the Center.
- The Center Regulations are available for inspection at the Center's Reception, in every hotel room, and on the website.
§ 2. HOTEL DAY
- The room at the Center is rented for hotel days.
- The hotel day lasts from 5:00 PM to 10:00 AM the following day.
- Failure to leave the room by 10:00 AM results in charging for an additional day without the possibility of further accommodation.
- The Guest should request an extension of the hotel day at the Center Reception with sufficient advance notice. The Center may not accept the request to extend the stay, especially if all accommodation places (rooms) are occupied or if Guests do not comply with the applicable Center Regulations.
- The Center reserves the right to refuse to extend the Guest's stay if full payment for the stay to date has not been made.
§ 3. RESERVATION AND STAY
- The basis for making a room available to the Guest is presenting a photo ID to the Center Reception staff and filling out the stay card.
- The Guest may not make the room available to third parties, even if the paid period for the stay has not expired.
- Visitors may stay with Guests between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM after prior notification to the Center Reception.
- The condition for accepting a reservation is the payment of the reservation fee in accordance with the Company's applicable service reservation regulations.
- The Center may refuse service to a Guest who grossly violated the Center Regulations during a previous stay, particularly by causing damage to the Center’s or Guests’ property, injury to a Guest, AMW REWITA Sp. z o.o. employees, or other persons on the premises.
- The price of the stay does not include local fees which the Center is obliged to collect during check-in procedures.
§4. SERVICES
- If there are reservations regarding service quality, the Guest is asked to report them immediately to the Center Reception, allowing staff to improve service standards.
- The Center is obliged to provide Guests with:
- conditions for full and unrestricted rest,
- safety of the stay, including confidentiality of information about the Guest,
- professional and courteous service in all services provided at the Center,
- room cleaning and necessary repairs of devices during the Guest's absence, and in their presence only if they agree or request so.
- Additionally, upon the Guest’s request, the Center provides the following services included in the price of the stay:
- providing information related to the stay and travel,
- storing money and valuables in a deposit during the Guest’s stay at the Center subject to § 6 section 4 of the Center Regulations,
- ordering taxis.
- The Center may provide additional services based on separate regulations and price lists.
§ 5. GUEST RESPONSIBILITY
- Children under 12 years old must be under the constant supervision of legal guardians while on the premises of the Center. Legal guardians are financially responsible for any damages caused by the children.
- The Guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of the Center’s equipment and technical devices caused by the Guest or their visitors. The Center reserves the right to charge the Guest for damages after their departure.
- If the Center Regulations are violated, the Center may refuse service to the violating person. This person must immediately comply with the Center’s requests, settle outstanding charges for services rendered, pay for any damage caused, and leave the Center.
- Every time the Guest leaves the room, for safety reasons, they should turn off the TV, switch off the lights, turn off faucets, and lock the door. The key must be left at the Center Reception. For fire safety reasons, the use of heaters and other electrical appliances not part of the room equipment is forbidden in the rooms and other premises. This does not apply to chargers and power supplies for computer equipment. All remarks, suggestions, defects in the Center’s equipment, and device malfunctions noticed by Guests should be reported to the Center Reception.
§ 6. CENTER’S RESPONSIBILITY
- The Center is liable for loss or damage to items brought by persons using its services within the scope provided by the Civil Code (Art. 846 and following).
- The Guest should notify the Center Reception immediately after damage is detected.
- The Center is liable for loss or damage to money, securities, valuables, or items of scientific or artistic value only if these items were deposited in the Center’s safe.
- The Center reserves the right to refuse to accept for deposit items of high value, large amounts of money, items threatening safety, and oversized items that cannot be stored in the safe.
- The Center is not responsible for damage to or loss of the Guest’s car or other vehicle, items left inside it, and live animals, regardless of whether the vehicles are parked on the Center’s parking lot or outside its premises.
- The Center is not responsible for items left in publicly accessible areas of the Center.
§ 7. RETURN OF LEFT ITEMS
Personal items left in the room by a departing Guest will be sent to the address provided by the Guest at their expense. 2. If the Guest does not provide instructions regarding the return of left items, the Center will store these items at the owner’s expense for three months, after which they will become the Center’s property.
§ 8. NIGHT QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are in effect at the Center from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
§9. COMPLAINTS
- Guests have the right to submit complaints if they notice deficiencies in the quality of services provided.
- All complaints are accepted by the Center Reception.
- Complaints should be made in writing immediately after noticing deficiencies in the service standard.
§ 10. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS
- The Center, provided current vaccination cards are presented and excluding aggressive animals, accepts animals in the Kormoran pavilion and cottages. Animals may stay on the premises for an additional fee and with acceptance of the applicable Animal Stay Regulations at the Center.
- Smoking and open fire use are strictly prohibited in all Center facilities and immediate surroundings, except in designated areas intended for this purpose. Costs of any Fire Department interventions resulting from failure to comply with this provision will be charged to the Guest responsible for the intervention. Additionally, in case of violating the smoking ban, the Guest may be charged for the room disinfection costs.
- It is prohibited to store hazardous loads – weapons and ammunition, flammable, explosive, and illuminating materials – on the premises and in the rooms of the Center.
- Use of electric and gas cookers is completely prohibited at the Center.
- Cleaning, frying fish, and drying mushrooms in rooms is strictly prohibited.
- Fish cleaning may only be done in places indicated each time by the Center Reception staff.
- The Center reserves the right to relocate a Guest to another room (room exchange) while maintaining the same or higher standard due to malfunctions, renovations, emergencies, or reservation errors. The Center does not categorize rooms by view of the Bay.
- The Guest is obliged to pay for the entire stay no later than on the day of arrival at the Center. The Center does not refund payments if the Guest shortens the reserved stay.
§ 11. PERSONAL DATA
- The data controller is: AMW REWITA Sp. z o.o. headquartered in Warsaw, ul. Zielone Zacisze 11B, 03-294 Warsaw.
- Contact with the Data Protection Officer is possible at: iod@rewita.pl.
- Personal data are processed for the purposes of:
- planning and managing service delivery, processing payments, performing accounting, audit, settlement, and debt collection activities;
- handling complaints and providing ordered services;
- resolving disputes, enforcing our agreements, and proving the legitimacy, exercise, or defense of claims;
- ensuring compliance with legal requirements such as maintaining sales documentation for tax purposes or sending notifications and other information as required by law.
- Where consent has been given, personal data are also processed to receive offers, other service-related information (including marketing newsletters), and information about planned events.
- Personal data will not be processed for automatic decision-making or profiling beyond what is described above.
- Personal data are processed based on Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 (EU Official Journal L 119 of 04.05.2016), under which processing is necessary for the performance or legal obligations of the Company or for the Company's legitimate interests unless overridden by the Guest's fundamental rights and freedoms; processing may also be based on the Guest's consent if unequivocally given.
- The following categories of personal data are collected and processed in particular: 1) Contact information – such as full name, address, phone number, email address; 2) Payment data – including required information for payment processing and fraud prevention, such as credit/debit card numbers, security codes, and other billing-related data; 3) Special categories of personal data – related to SPA services and access to certain wellness facilities, we may request health information. Consent is the basis for using such information; lack of consent may prevent using some treatments; 4) Other Personal Data – occasionally, we may request information about birth date, habits, or preferences for sending greeting messages; consent is the basis for using such information.
- Recipients of personal data will only be entities authorized by law and entities involved in service delivery.
- Personal data will not be processed in third countries.
- Personal data will be stored for 10 years.
- Subject to legal conditions, the Guest has the right to access, correct, delete personal data, and restrict processing. The Guest also has the right to object and request data transfer. The Guest may request a copy of held personal data, but multiple requests may be subject to a fee. Consent to data processing can be withdrawn at any time with future effect; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal. Data processing may continue if another legal basis exists.
- The Guest has the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority.
- Providing personal data is voluntary; refusal may result in refusal to provide services or conclude a contract.
