REGULATIONS OF AMW REWITA Sp. z o.o.

Rewita Mielno Branch

§ 1. SUBJECT OF THE REGULATIONS

  1. The Regulations of AMW REWITA Sp. z o.o. Rewita Mielno Branch (hereinafter referred to as: the Center Regulations) define the rules for providing services, responsibilities, and stay on the premises of the Rewita Mielno Branch (hereinafter: the Center) and constitute an integral part of the agreement concluded by making a reservation, paying the reservation fee or the full amount for the stay at the Center. By performing the above actions, the Guest confirms that they have read and accept the terms of the Center Regulations.
  2. The Center Regulations apply to all Guests staying on the premises of the Center.
  3. The Center Regulations are available for inspection at the Center Reception, in every room, and on the website www.rewita.pl.

§ 2. HOTEL DAY

  1. Rooms at the Center are rented on a hotel day basis.
  2. The hotel day lasts from 5:00 PM to 10:00 AM.
  3. Failure to vacate the room by 10:00 AM results in charging fees for an additional day without the possibility of further accommodation.
  4. Requests for extending the hotel day should be reported by the Guest to the Center Reception with adequate notice. The Center may refuse such a request, especially if all accommodation places (rooms) have been occupied or in case of Guests not complying with the Center Regulations.
  5. The Center reserves the right to refuse an extension of the Guest's stay if full payment for the current stay has not been made.

§ 3. RESERVATION AND STAY

  1. The basis for providing a room to the Guest is presenting an identity document with a photo to the Reception employee and filling out the stay card.
  2. The Guest may not share the room with third parties even if the paid stay period has not expired.
  3. Outside persons may visit Guests between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM after prior notification to the Center Reception.
  4. Acceptance of a reservation requires payment of the reservation fee in accordance with the Company's applicable service reservation regulations.
  5. The Center may refuse service to a Guest who grossly violated the Center Regulations during a previous stay, in particular by causing damage to the property of the Center or other Guests, injury to a Guest, AMW REWITA Sp. z o.o. employees, or other persons staying at the Center.
  6. The price of the stay does not include local fees which the Center is obliged to collect during registration procedures.

§ 4. SERVICES

  1. In case of concerns regarding service quality, the Guest is requested to report them immediately to the Center Reception, which will enable the staff to improve the service standards.
  2. The Center is obliged to provide Guests with:
    • conditions for full and unrestricted rest,
    • safety of stay, including confidentiality of Guest information,
    • professional and courteous service in all services provided at the Center,
    • room cleaning and necessary repairs of equipment during the Guest's absence, and in their presence only when consent is given or such a request is made.
  3. Additionally, upon Guest's request, the Center provides the following services included in the stay price:
    • providing information related to the stay and travel,
    • wake-up calls at a designated time,
    • storage of money and valuables in deposit during the Guest's stay at the Center, subject to § 6 paragraph 4 of the Center Regulations,
    • taxi ordering.
  4. The Center may provide additional services based on separate regulations and price lists.

§ 5. GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Children under 12 years old should stay on the premises under constant supervision of legal guardians. Legal guardians bear material responsibility for any damage caused by the children.
  2. The Guest is fully financially responsible for any damage or destruction of the Center's equipment and technical devices caused by themselves or their visitors. The Center reserves the right to charge the Guest for damage after departure.
  3. In case of violation of the Center Regulations, the Center may refuse service to the person breaking the rules. Such a person is obliged to immediately comply with the Center's demands, settle any payments due, pay for potential damages, and leave the Center.
  4. Each time the Guest leaves the room, for safety reasons, they should turn off the TV, turn off the lights, close taps, and lock the door. The key/card must be left at the Center Reception. Due to fire safety, use of heaters and other electrical devices not provided with the room is prohibited. This does not apply to chargers and power supplies of computer equipment. Any comments, requests, defects in the Center's equipment, or malfunctions noticed by Guests should be reported to the Center Reception.

§ 6. CENTER'S RESPONSIBILITY

  1. The Center is responsible for loss or damage of items brought by persons using its services within the scope defined by the Civil Code (Art. 846 and following).
  2. The Guest should notify the Center Reception of any damage immediately after discovering it.
  3. The Center is liable for loss or damage to money, securities, valuables, or items of scientific or artistic value only if these items were deposited in the deposit box.
  4. The Center reserves the right to refuse accepting high-value items, large sums of money, items threatening safety, and oversized items that cannot be stored in the deposit box.
  5. The Center is not responsible for damages or loss of cars or other vehicles owned by the Guest, items left in them, or live animals, regardless of whether the vehicles are parked on the Center's parking lot or outside its premises.
  6. The Center is not responsible for items left in publicly accessible areas within the Center.

§ 7. RETURN OF LEFT ITEMS

  1. Personal items left in the room by a departing Guest will be sent to the address provided by the Guest at their expense.
  2. If no instruction is received from the Guest regarding sending the left items, the Center will store these items at the owner's expense for three months, after which the items will become the Center's property.

§ 8. QUIET HOURS

Quiet hours at the Center are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

§ 9. COMPLAINTS

  1. Guests have the right to file complaints if they notice deficiencies in the quality of services provided.
  2. All complaints are accepted by the Center Reception.
  3. Complaints should be made in writing immediately after noticing service deficiencies.

§ 10. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS

  1. The Center does not accept the presence of animals.
  2. Smoking and the use of open flames is strictly prohibited in all Center facilities and their immediate surroundings, except in designated areas. The Guest responsible for Fire Brigade interventions due to non-compliance will bear the intervention costs. Additionally, guests violating the smoking ban may be charged for room disinfection costs.
  3. It is forbidden to store dangerous materials in the rooms, such as weapons and ammunition, flammable, explosive, and illuminating materials.
  4. Open fires and grills are strictly prohibited on the Center's premises.
  5. Use of electric and gas stoves is strictly prohibited within the Center.
  6. Cleaning and frying fish in rooms or on piers is strictly prohibited.
  7. The Center reserves the right to move the Guest to another room (room swap) while ensuring not to worsen the stay conditions (same or better standard) due to failures, renovations, random events, or reservation errors. The Center does not categorize rooms based on the view of the Bay.
  8. The Guest is obliged to pay for the entire stay 7 days before arrival. In special cases, with the Director's consent, payment can be made no later than on the day of arrival.
  9. The Center does not refund payments made if the Guest shortens the booked stay. If the stay is shortened before full settlement, the Center charges 30% of the value per each unused day from the reservation fee.
  10. Bathing in Lake Jamno is strictly prohibited on the Center's premises.
  11. Consumption of alcohol is prohibited on the Center's premises – according to the Act of October 26, 1982, on sobriety education and counteracting alcoholism.

§ 11. PERSONAL DATA

  1. The data controller is: AMW REWITA Sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw, ul. Zielone Zacisze 11B, 03-294 Warsaw.
  2. Contact with the Data Protection Officer is possible at: iod@rewita.pl
  3. Personal data are processed for the purposes of:
    1. planning and managing service delivery, processing payments, carrying out accounting, auditing, settlement, and debt collection activities;
    2. evaluating complaints and providing ordered services;
    3. resolving disputes, enforcing our contracts, and demonstrating the legitimacy of claims;
    4. ensuring compliance with legal requirements, e.g., related to sales documentation for tax purposes or sending notifications and other information as required by law.
  4. Where consent has been given, personal data are also processed to receive offers, other information about services (including marketing newsletters), and information about planned events.
  5. Personal data will not be processed for automatic decision-making or profiling other than described above.
  6. Personal data is processed based on Art. 6 of the GDPR of April 27, 2016 (Official Journal EU L 119 of 04.05.2016), according to which processing is necessary for performing or fulfilling legal obligations of the Company or for the legitimate interests of the Company, provided that the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the Guest are not overriding; processing may also be based on the Guest's consent if it has been explicitly given.
  7. The following categories of personal data are especially collected and processed:
    1. Contact information – such as full name, address, phone number, email;
    2. Payment data – such as necessary data for payment processing and fraud prevention, including credit and debit card numbers, security codes, and other billing information;
    3. Special categories of Personal Data – related to SPA services and access to some wellness facilities, we may request health information. Consent is required to use such data; without consent, some treatments may not be possible;
    4. Other Personal Data – occasionally we may request information about date of birth, habits, or preferences to send greetings; consent is required to use such data.
  8. Recipients of personal data will only be entities authorized under law and entities involved in service delivery.
  9. Personal data will not be transferred to third countries.
  10. Personal data will be stored for 10 years.
  11. Subject to legal conditions, the Guest has the right to access, correct, delete personal data, restrict processing, object to processing, and request data transfer. The Guest can request a copy of their data, but multiple copies may incur charges. Consent to process personal data can be withdrawn at any time with future effect; withdrawal does not affect processing lawfulness before withdrawal. After withdrawal, personal data may still be processed on another legal basis.
  12. The Guest has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
  13. Providing personal data is voluntary, but refusal may result in refusal to provide the service/contract fulfillment.
