TERMS OF USE OF THE FACILITY AREA

AMW REWITA Sp. z o.o. Rewita Rynia Branch

§ 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS AND DEFINITIONS

1. The Terms of Use of the facility area of AMW REWITA Sp. z o.o. Rewita Rynia Branch (hereinafter: the Terms) specify in particular the rules for using the facility area and maintaining order by persons present on the premises.
2. The Administrator of the Facility is AMW REWITA Sp. z o.o. Rewita Rynia Branch (hereinafter: the Branch).
3. The person managing the AMW Rewita Rynia facility is the Director of the Rynia Branch.

§ 2. ORDER REGULATIONS

1. The right to stay on the premises of the center is granted to:
   • persons staying during holiday stays at the Branch,
   • organized groups, participants of recreational programs of the Branch,
   • participants of outdoor events, gatherings, and accompanying persons only on dates specified in the Agreements,
   • owners of watercraft "garaged" at the Branch and their guests based on identification or proof of entrance fee payment to the center, employees of the Rewita Rynia Branch, and interns,
   • yacht crews registered with the port employee or reception for mooring,
   • other persons due to official duties.
2. Persons staying on the premises of the center, including the port and quay, are obliged to comply with informational signs, as well as orders and instructions of informative and security services acting on behalf of the Branch Director.
3. The following are prohibited on the premises:
   • disturbing peace,
   • bathing and diving from piers,
   • parking cars outside designated parking areas and washing cars and trailers,
   • using the equipment or facilities of AMW Rewita Rynia contrary to their intended purpose,
   • feeding waterfowl,
   • littering the area, damaging security elements, polluting water bodies,
   • blocking passages and fire routes,
   • behaving in a manner that threatens the safety of others,
   • carrying weapons or other dangerous items, explosives, pyrotechnic products, tear gases, etc.,
   • throwing any objects, creating dangerous situations,
   • entering areas not designated for guests of the center,
   • relieving oneself outside restrooms,
   • lighting fires, grills, torches, or unnecessarily using rescue pyrotechnic means,
   • using rescue equipment by unauthorized persons,
   • using the picnic area (“Grill Shelter”) located on the premises without permission from the Branch Director,
   • areas designated and inaccessible to third parties,
   • using rescue or fire protection equipment for purposes other than intended.

§ 3. SAFETY REGULATIONS

1. General safety and fire protection regulations apply in the AMW Rewita Rynia area.
2. It is forbidden to leave children under 13 years old unattended on the premises of the center; an adult person responsible for any damage caused by the children must supervise them.

§ 4. FINAL PROVISIONS

1. All persons present on the Marina premises are obliged to comply with these Terms.
2. Persons violating the Terms will be removed from the area.
3. The Branch is not responsible for lost or unattended items left on the premises of the center.
