REGULATIONS OF AMW REWITA Sp. z o.o.

Rewita Rogowo Branch

§ 1. SUBJECT OF THE REGULATIONS

  1. The Regulations of AMW REWITA Sp. z o.o. Rewita Rogowo Branch (hereinafter referred to as: the Center Regulations) define the rules for providing services, responsibilities, and staying on the premises of the Rewita Rogowo Branch (hereinafter: the Center) and constitute an integral part of the contract concluded by making a reservation, paying the reservation fee or the entire amount for the stay at the Center. By performing the above-mentioned actions, the Guest confirms that they have read and accept the terms of the Center Regulations.
  2. The Center Regulations apply to all Guests staying on the Center's premises.
  3. The Center Regulations are available for inspection at the Center Reception and on the website.

§ 2. HOTEL DAY

  1. The room at the Center is rented for hotel days.
  2. The hotel day lasts from 5:00 PM to 10:00 AM the following day.
  3. The hotel day for 7-day and 14-day holiday stays begins at 5:00 PM and lasts until 10:00 AM the next day.
  4. Failure to leave the room by 10:00 AM results in charging a fee for an additional day without the possibility of further accommodation.
  5. The Guest should request an extension of the hotel day at the Center Reception in advance. The Center may refuse the extension request, especially if all accommodation places (rooms) are occupied or if Guests do not comply with the applicable Center Regulations.
  6. The Center reserves the right to refuse the extension of the Guest's stay if full payment for the current stay has not been made.

§ 3. RESERVATION AND STAY

  1. The basis for providing a room to the Guest is presenting a photo ID to the Center Reception staff and completing the stay card.
  2. The Guest may not share the room with third parties, even if the paid period for the stay has not yet expired.
  3. Visitors from outside may visit Guests between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM after notifying the Center Reception in advance.
  4. Acceptance of a reservation requires payment of the reservation fee according to the Company's applicable service reservation regulations.
  5. The Center may refuse admission to a Guest who grossly violated the Center Regulations during previous stays, especially by damaging the Center's or Guests' property, causing harm to a Guest, AMW REWITA Sp. z o.o. employees, or other persons on the premises.
  6. The price of the stay does not include local fees which the Center is obliged to collect during check-in formalities.

§ 4. SERVICES

  1. In case of complaints regarding the quality of services, Guests are requested to immediately report them to the Center Reception to enable staff to improve the service standards.
  2. The Center is obliged to ensure Guests:
    • conditions for full and unrestricted relaxation,
    • safety of stay, including confidentiality of Guest information,
    • professional and courteous service in all services provided at the Center,
    • room cleaning and necessary repairs of equipment during the Guest’s absence, and in their presence only if consent is given or a request is made.
  3. Additionally, upon the Guest's request, the Center provides the following services included in the stay price:
    • providing information related to the stay and travel,
    • wake-up calls,
    • storing money and valuables in deposit during the Guest's stay, subject to § 6 section 4 of the Center Regulations,
    • ordering taxis.
  4. The Center may provide additional services based on separate regulations and price lists.

§ 5. GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Children under 12 years old must be under constant supervision of legal guardians on the Center premises. Legal guardians bear material responsibility for any damages caused by children.
  2. The Guest is fully materially responsible for any damage or destruction of the Center’s equipment and technical devices caused by themselves or their visitors. The Center reserves the right to charge the Guest for damages after their departure.
  3. If the Center Regulations are violated, the Center may refuse services to the violating person, who must immediately comply with the Center's demands, settle due payments for services, pay for any damages, and leave the Center.
  4. For safety reasons, Guests leaving their room must turn off the TV, switch off the lights, close taps, and lock the door. The key/card should be left at the Center Reception. Fire safety prohibits use of heaters and other electrical devices not provided as room equipment, except chargers and adapters for computer devices. Any comments, suggestions, faults in the Center's equipment, or malfunctions noticed by Guests must be reported to the Reception.

§ 6. CENTER RESPONSIBILITY

  1. The Center is liable for loss or damage of items brought by persons using its services to the extent defined by the Civil Code (Articles 846 and following).
  2. The Guest should immediately notify the Reception about any damage upon its occurrence.
  3. The Center is responsible for loss or damage of money, securities, valuables, or items of scientific or artistic value only if they were deposited in the safe custody.
  4. The Center reserves the right to refuse deposit of high-value items, large amounts of money, items endangering safety, and bulky items that cannot be stored in the deposit.
  5. The Center is not responsible for damages or loss of the Guest’s car or other vehicles, items left inside them, or live animals, regardless of whether they are parked on the Center's parking or elsewhere.
  6. The Center is not liable for items left in publicly accessible places on the Center's premises.

§ 7. RETURN OF LEFT ITEMS

  1. Personal items left in the room by a departing Guest will be sent to the address provided by the Guest at their expense.
  2. If the Guest does not give instructions to send the left items, the Center will store these items at the owner’s expense for three months, after which the items will become the Center's property.

§ 8. QUIET HOURS

Quiet hours at the Center are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

§ 9. COMPLAINTS

  1. Guests have the right to file complaints if they notice deficiencies in the quality of services.
  2. All complaints are accepted by the Center Reception.
  3. Complaints should be submitted in writing immediately after noticing shortcomings in service standards.

§ 10. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS

  1. The Center does not accept the presence of animals.
  2. Smoking and use of open flames are strictly prohibited in all Center facilities and surrounding areas except designated areas. Guests are liable for all Fire Brigade intervention costs resulting from violation of this rule. Additionally, Guests violating the smoking ban may be charged for room disinfection.
  3. Storage of hazardous materials—such as weapons and ammunition, flammable, explosive, or illuminating materials—is forbidden in rooms.
  4. Lighting fires and barbecues is prohibited on the Center's premises except in designated places.
  5. The Center strictly bans the use of electric and gas stoves.
  6. Cleaning, frying fish, and drying mushrooms are strictly prohibited in rooms and on the pier.
  7. The Center reserves the right to transfer a Guest to another room (room swap) ensuring no deterioration in stay conditions (same or better standard) due to failures, repairs, unforeseen events, or reservation errors.
  8. The Guest must pay the entire stay fee 7 days before arrival. In special cases, with the Center Director's consent, payment may be made on the day of arrival at the latest.
  9. The Center does not refund payments if the Guest shortens the reserved stay. In case of shortening the stay before final settlement, the Center charges 30% of the reservation fee for each unused day.
  10. Consumption of alcohol is prohibited on the Center premises – Act of October 26, 1982, on sobriety education and alcoholism prevention.

§ 11. PERSONAL DATA

  1. The personal data administrator is: AMW REWITA Sp. z o.o. with registered office in Warsaw, ul. Zielone Zacisze 11B, 03-294 Warsaw.
  2. Contact with the Data Protection Officer is possible at: iod@rewita.pl.
  3. Personal data is processed for the purposes of:
    1. planning and managing service delivery, processing payments, performing accounting, auditing, billing, and debt collection activities;
    2. handling possible complaints and providing ordered services;
    3. dispute resolution, enforcing contract performance and substantiating, claiming, or defending rights;
    4. ensuring compliance with legal requirements, e.g., maintaining sales documentation for tax purposes or sending notifications and other legally required information.
  4. Where consent is given, personal data is also processed to receive offers, other service-related information (including marketing newsletters), and information about planned events.
  5. Personal data will not be processed for automatic decision making or profiling other than described above.
  6. Personal data is processed based on Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 (Official Journal of the EU L 119 from 04.05.2016), under which processing is necessary for fulfilling legal obligations of the Company or for its legitimate interests unless overridden by Guests’ rights and freedoms; processing may also be based on Guest consent if explicitly given.
  7. The categories of personal data collected and processed include:
    1. Contact information – full name, address, phone number, email address;
    2. Payment data – necessary for processing payments and preventing fraud, including credit/debit card numbers, security codes, and invoicing information;
    3. Special categories of personal data – related to SPA services and access to certain wellness facilities; health information may be requested. Consent is required for use of such information; lack of consent may prevent use of some treatments;
    4. Other personal data – occasionally, information about date of birth, customs, or preferences may be requested for sending greetings; consent is required for use of such information.
  8. Personal data recipients will only include entities authorized under law and entities involved in service delivery.
  9. Personal data will not be processed in third countries.
  10. Personal data will be stored for 10 years.
  11. Subject to certain legal conditions, the Guest has the right to access, correct or delete personal data, restrict its processing, object to processing, and request data portability. Guests can request copies of their data but may be charged for multiple requests. Consent to data processing can be withdrawn at any time with future effect without affecting lawful processing based on consent before withdrawal. After withdrawal, data may still be processed if another legal basis exists.
  12. The Guest has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
  13. Providing personal data is voluntary, but refusal may result in refusal to provide the service or conclude the contract.
