REGULATIONS OF AMW REWITA Sp. z o.o.

Rewita Waplewo Branch

§ 1. SUBJECT OF THE REGULATIONS

  1. The regulations of AMW REWITA Sp. z o.o. Rewita Waplewo Branch (hereinafter referred to as: the Center Regulations) define the rules of service provision, liability, and stay within the area of Rewita Waplewo Branch (hereinafter: the Center) and constitute an integral part of the agreement concluded by making a reservation, paying the reservation fee, or the full amount due for the stay at the Center. By performing the aforementioned actions, the Guest confirms that they have read and accept the conditions of the Center Regulations.
  2. The Center Regulations apply to all Guests staying within the Center.
  3. The Center Regulations are available for review at the Center's Reception, in every hotel room, and on the website.

§ 2. HOTEL DAY

  1. Rooms at the Center are rented by hotel days.
  2. A hotel day lasts from 17:00 to 10:00 the following day.
  3. Failure to vacate the room by 10:00 results in charging for an additional day without the possibility of further accommodation.
  4. Requests to extend the hotel day should be reported by the Guest to the Center’s Reception in advance. The Center may refuse to extend the stay, especially when all accommodations are fully booked or for Guests who do not comply with the Center Regulations.
  5. The Center reserves the right to refuse extension of the Guest’s stay if full payment for the current stay has not been made.

§ 3. RESERVATION AND STAY

  1. The basis for granting room access to the Guest is presenting an identity document with a photo to the Center’s Reception staff and filling out the registration card.
  2. The Guest may not share the room with third parties, even if the paid stay period has not expired.
  3. External visitors may stay with Guests between 10:00 and 20:00 after prior notification to the Center’s Reception.
  4. The condition for accepting a reservation is payment of the reservation fee pursuant to the company’s service reservation regulations.
  5. The Center may refuse service to a Guest who flagrantly violated the Regulations during a previous stay, especially by causing damage to the property of the Center or other Guests, or harm to persons including employees of AMW REWITA Sp. z o.o. or others on the premises.
  6. The stay price does not include local fees which the Center is obligated to collect during check-in procedures.

§4. SERVICES

  1. If there are any complaints concerning the quality of services, the Guest is requested to immediately report them to the Center’s Reception to allow staff to improve the service standard.
  2. The Center is obliged to provide Guests with:
    • conditions for full and unrestricted rest,
    • security of the stay, including confidentiality of Guest information,
    • professional and courteous service in all services provided at the Center,
    • room cleaning and necessary repairs of devices during Guest absence, and during presence only if consented or requested by the Guest.
  3. Additionally, upon Guest request, the Center provides the following services free of charge as part of the stay price:
    • providing information related to the stay and travel,
    • wake-up calls,
    • storage of money and valuables in the deposit during the Guest's stay, subject to § 6 clause 4 of the Regulations,
    • ordering taxis,
  4. The Center may provide additional services based on separate regulations and price lists.

§ 5. GUEST RESPONSIBILITY

  1. Children under 12 years old should be under constant supervision of legal guardians while on the Center’s premises. Legal guardians are materially responsible for any damage caused by the children.
  2. The Guest bears full material responsibility for any damage or destruction of the Center's equipment and technical devices caused by the Guest or their visitors. The Center reserves the right to charge the Guest for damages after departure.
  3. In case of violations of the Regulations, the Center may refuse service to the violating person. Such a person must promptly comply with the Center's requests, settle outstanding charges for services, pay for any damages caused, and leave the Center.
  4. Each time a Guest leaves the room, for safety reasons they should turn off the TV, switch off lights, close taps, and lock the door. The key/card must be returned to the Center’s Reception. For fire safety reasons, the use of heaters and other electrical appliances not provided in the room is forbidden. This does not apply to chargers and power supplies for computer equipment. Any observations, comments, or defects in equipment or device functioning noticed by Guests should be reported to the Center’s Reception.

§ 6. CENTER LIABILITY

  1. The Center is liable for loss or damage to items brought by persons using its services to the extent specified by the Civil Code (Art. 846 and subsequent articles).
  2. Guests should notify the Center’s Reception immediately after noticing any loss or damage.
  3. The Center is liable for loss or damage to money, securities, valuables, or items of scientific or artistic value only if these items have been deposited with the Center.
  4. The Center reserves the right to refuse acceptance of high-value items, large sums of money, items that threaten safety, and bulky items that cannot be stored in the deposit.
  5. The Center is not responsible for damage or loss of vehicles belonging to the Guest, items left in them, or live animals, regardless of whether the vehicles are parked on the Center’s parking or outside.
  6. The Center is not responsible for items left in publicly accessible areas of the Center.

§ 7. RETURN OF LEFT ITEMS

  1. Personal items left in the room by a departing Guest will be sent to the address indicated by the Guest at their expense.
  2. If no instructions are received from the Guest regarding the return of left items, the Center will store such items at the owner’s cost for a period of three months, after which they will become the Center’s property.

§ 8. NIGHT QUIET

Night quiet hours at the Center are from 22:00 to 07:00.

§9. COMPLAINTS

  1. Guests have the right to submit complaints if they notice deficiencies in the quality of services provided.
  2. All complaints are accepted by the Center’s Reception.
  3. Complaints should be submitted in writing immediately after noticing service deficiencies.

§ 10. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS

  1. The Center, subject to an additional fee, having a current vaccination card and excluding aggressive animals, accepts the presence of animals in designated rooms. Animal owners are obliged to clean up after their animals and walk them outside the Center’s area. Animals must be kept on a leash on the premises, and larger dogs must also wear a muzzle. Owners bear full liability for compensation and material responsibility.
  2. Smoking and open flame use is strictly prohibited in all Center facilities and surroundings except designated areas. Costs arising from Fire Brigade interventions due to violation of this rule will be charged to the Guest responsible. Additionally, Guests violating the smoking ban may be liable for room disinfection costs.
  3. The storage of hazardous loads – weapons and ammunition, flammable, explosive, and illuminating materials – is prohibited in the Center’s rooms.
  4. Lighting fires and grills is prohibited on the Center premises except in areas designated by the Reception.
  5. Use of electric and gas stoves within the Center is strictly forbidden.
  6. Before leaving the Center, Guests staying in apartments are requested to extinguish fireplaces.
  7. Fish cleaning and frying can only take place in places designated by the Center’s Reception staff.
  8. The Center reserves the right to move Guests to another room (room exchange) observing the principle of no deterioration in accommodation conditions (same or better standard) due to malfunctions, renovations, emergencies, or reservation errors.
  9. Guests are obliged to pay the full stay fee 7 days before arrival. In special cases, with the Center Director’s consent, payment may be made on the day of arrival at the latest.
  10. The Center does not refund payments if the Guest shortens the booked stay. In case of shortening the stay before full settlement, the Center charges 30% of the value per unused day from the reservation fee.

§ 11. PERSONAL DATA

  1. The administrator of personal data is AMW REWITA Sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw, ul. Zielone Zacisze 11B, 03-294 Warsaw.
  2. Contact with the Data Protection Officer is possible at iod@rewita.pl.
  3. Personal data are processed for the purposes of:
    1. planning and managing the provision of services, processing payments, conducting accounting, auditing, billing, and debt collection activities;
    2. considering possible complaints and providing ordered services;
    3. resolving disputes, enforcing contract fulfillment, and demonstrating the legitimacy of claims, submissions or defenses;
    4. ensuring compliance with legal requirements, e.g., regarding sales documentation for tax purposes or sending notifications and other information as required by law.
  4. Where consent has been given, personal data are also processed for receiving offers, other service-related information (including marketing newsletters), and information on planned events.
  5. Personal data_ will not be processed for automated decision making or profiling other than described above.
  6. Personal data is processed based on Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 (Official Journal EU L 119 of 04.05.2016), according to which processing is necessary for fulfilling legal obligations of the Company or based on the Company's legitimate interests, provided they do not override the Guest's fundamental rights and freedoms; processing may also be based on Guest consent if explicitly given.
  7. The following categories of personal data are particularly collected and processed:
    1. Contact information - such as full name, address, phone number, email;
    2. Payment data - necessary for payment processing and fraud prevention, including credit/debit card numbers, security codes, and billing-related information;
    3. Special categories of Personal Data – related to SPA services and access to certain wellness facilities, health information may be requested. Consent is required to use such information; lack of consent may prevent access to some treatments;
    4. Other Personal Data – occasionally, information about birth dates, habits, or preferences for sending greeting messages may be requested; consent is required for such use;
  8. Recipients of personal data will be only entities authorized by law and those participating in service provision.
  9. Personal data will not be processed in third countries.
  10. Personal data will be stored for 10 years.
  11. Subject to certain legal conditions, the Guest has the right to access, rectify, or delete their personal data, and to restrict processing. The Guest also has the right to object to processing and request data portability. The Guest may request copies of their personal data, and the Company may charge a fee for multiple requests. If consent was given for data processing, it may be withdrawn at any time with future effect; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal. Data may still be processed if there is another legal basis.
  12. The Guest has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
  13. Providing personal data is voluntary, but refusal may result in refusal to provide the service/contract.
