§ 1. SUBJECT OF THE REGULATIONS
- The regulations of AMW REWITA Sp. z o.o. Rewita Solina Branch (hereinafter referred to as: the Center Regulations) define the rules for providing services, responsibilities, and staying on the premises of the Rewita Solina Branch (hereinafter: the Center) and form an integral part of the agreement concluded by making a reservation, paying the reservation fee or the full amount for the stay at the Center. By performing these actions, the Guest confirms that they have read and accept the terms of the Center Regulations.
- The Center Regulations apply to all guests staying on the premises of the Center.
- The Center Regulations are available for review at the Center Reception and on the website.
§ 2. HOTEL DAY
- The room at the Center is rented per hotel days.
- The hotel day lasts from 3:00 PM to 10:00 AM the following day.
- In the case of 14-day holiday stays, the hotel day starts at 5:00 PM and lasts until 10:00 AM the following day.
- Failure to vacate the room by 10:00 AM will result in charges for an additional day without the possibility of further accommodation.
- The Guest should request an extension of the hotel day at the Center Reception in advance. The Center may refuse such a request, especially if all accommodation places (rooms) are occupied or if Guests do not comply with the Center Regulations.
- The Center reserves the right to refuse extension of a Guest's stay if full payment for the current stay has not been made.
§ 3. RESERVATION AND STAY
- The basis for providing a Guest with a room is presenting an identity document with a photo to the Center Reception staff and completing a stay card.
- The Guest may not share the room with third parties, even if the period paid for has not yet expired.
- Visitors from outside may visit Guests between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM, after prior notification to the Center Reception.
- The condition for booking acceptance is the payment of the reservation fee in accordance with the Company's current service reservation regulations.
- The Center may refuse a Guest who grossly violated the Center Regulations during a previous stay, especially by causing damage to the property of the Center or other Guests, harm to persons, employees of AMW REWITA Sp. z o.o., or other persons staying at the Center.
- The price of the stay does not include local fees that the Center is obliged to collect during check-in procedures.
§ 4. SERVICES
- If there are any complaints concerning the quality of services, the Guest is requested to promptly report them to the Center Reception to allow staff to improve the service standards.
- The Center is obliged to provide Guests with:
- conditions for full and unrestricted rest,
- safety of the stay, including confidentiality of Guest information,
- professional and courteous service regarding all services provided at the Center,
- room cleaning and necessary repairs to equipment during the Guest's absence, and in their presence only if they agree or request it.
- Additionally, upon Guest's request, the Center provides the following services included in the price of stay:
- providing information related to the stay and travel,
- wake-up calls at the designated hour.
- The Center may provide additional services based on separate regulations and price lists.
§ 5. GUEST RESPONSIBILITY
- Children under 12 years of age should be under constant supervision of legal guardians on the premises. Legal guardians bear material responsibility for any damages caused by the children.
- The Guest is fully financially responsible for all types of damage or destruction of the Center's equipment and technical devices caused by themselves or visitors. The Center reserves the right to charge the Guest for damages after departure.
- In case of violation of the Center Regulations, the Center may refuse services to the violator. Such person is required to comply immediately with the Center's demands, settle payments for services received, pay for any damages, and leave the Center.
- Each time a Guest leaves the room, for safety reasons, they should turn off the TV, switch off the lights, close taps, and lock the door. The key/card must be left at the Center Reception. For fire safety reasons, the use of heaters and other electrical devices not part of the room equipment is prohibited in rooms and other premises. This does not apply to chargers and power supplies for computer equipment. All remarks, suggestions, defects in equipment, and malfunctions noticed by Guests should be reported to the Center Reception.
§ 6. CENTER RESPONSIBILITY
- The Center is liable for loss or damage to items brought by persons using its services within the scope specified by the Civil Code Art. 846 and following.
- The Guest should immediately notify the Center Reception of any damage upon its discovery.
- The Center is not responsible for damage or loss of the Guest's car or other vehicle, items left in it, or live animals, whether parked on the Center's parking lot or outside its premises.
- The Center is not responsible for items left in publicly accessible areas on its premises.
§ 7. RETURN OF LEFT ITEMS
- Personal items left in the room by the departing Guest will be sent to the address provided by the Guest at their expense.
- If the Guest does not provide instructions for sending the left items, the Center will store these items at the owner's expense for three months, after which they will become the Center's property.
§ 8. NIGHT QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours at the Center are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
§ 9. COMPLAINTS
- Guests have the right to file complaints if they notice deficiencies in the quality of services provided.
- All complaints are accepted by the Center Reception.
- Complaints should be submitted in writing immediately after noticing deficiencies in service standards.
§ 10. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS
- The Center does not accept pets.
- Smoking and the use of open flames are strictly prohibited in all Center buildings and the immediate surroundings, except in designated areas. Guests causing fire brigade interventions due to non-compliance with this provision will bear the costs. Additionally, guests who violate the smoking ban may be charged for room disinfection.
- It is prohibited to store hazardous materials in the rooms – weapons and ammunition, flammable, explosive, and pyrotechnic materials.
- The Center reserves the right to relocate a Guest to another room (room exchange) adhering to the principle of not worsening the stay conditions (same or better standard) due to failures, renovations, emergencies, or booking errors.
- The Guest is obliged to pay for the entire stay at the latest on the day of arrival at the Center.
- If the Guest shortens their stay, the Center charges 30% of the reservation fee for each unused day.
§ 11. PERSONAL DATA
- The personal data administrator is: AMW REWITA Sp. z o.o., headquartered in Warsaw, Zielone Zacisze 11B, 03-294 Warsaw.
- Contact with the Data Protection Officer is possible at: iod@rewita.pl.
- Personal data is processed for the purpose of:
- planning and managing service provision, processing payments, conducting accounting, auditing, settlement, and debt collection activities;
- handling complaints and providing ordered services;
- resolving disputes, enforcing contracts, and justifying, filing, or defending claims;
- ensuring compliance with legal requirements, e.g., maintaining sales documentation for tax purposes or sending notifications and other information as required by law.
- Where consent has been given, personal data is also processed for receiving offers, other service-related information (including marketing newsletters), and information about planned events.
- Personal data will not be processed for automatic decision-making or profiling other than described above.
- Personal data is processed based on Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 (Official Journal of the EU L 119 of 04.05.2016), under which processing is necessary for the execution or fulfillment of the Company's legal obligations or necessary for the legitimate interests of the Company, provided the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the Guest do not override them; processing may also be based on the Guest's consent if explicitly given.
- The following categories of personal data are collected and processed in particular:
- Contact information – such as full name, address, phone number, email address;
- Payment data – necessary for payment processing and fraud prevention, including credit and debit card numbers, security codes, and other invoicing-related information;
- Special categories of Personal Data – related to SPA services and access to certain wellness facilities, we may request health information. Consent is mandatory for the use of such information; refusal may prevent use of certain treatments;
- Other Personal Data – occasionally we may request information about birth date, habits, or preferences to send greetings; consent is the basis for the use of such information.
- Recipients of personal data will only be entities authorized to obtain personal data under law and entities involved in service delivery.
- Personal data will not be processed in third countries.
- Personal data will be stored for 10 years.
- Subject to certain legal conditions, the Guest has the right to access personal data, rectify or delete it, and restrict its processing. The Guest also has the right to object to processing and request data portability. The Guest may request copies of their personal data; repeated requests may be subject to a fee. Consent for data processing can be withdrawn at any time with future effect without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Data processing may continue on another legal basis after consent withdrawal.
- The Guest has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
- Providing personal data is voluntary; however, refusal may result in refusal to provide service / conclude the agreement.
