§ 1. SUBJECT OF THE REGULATIONS
- The regulations of AMW Rewita Sp. z o.o., Rewita Międzyzdroje Branch (hereinafter: the Resort Regulations) define the rules of service provision, liability, and stay on the premises of Rewita Międzyzdroje Branch (hereinafter: the Resort) and constitute an integral part of the contract concluded by making a reservation, paying the reservation fee, or full payment for the stay at the Resort. By performing the aforementioned actions, the Guest confirms that they have read and accept the terms of the Resort Regulations.
- The Resort Regulations apply to all Guests staying on the Resort premises.
- The Resort Regulations are available for inspection at the Reception, in every room, and on the website.
§ 2. HOTEL DAY
- Rooms in the Resort are rented for hotel days.
- The hotel day lasts from 17:00 to 10:00 the following day.
- Failure to vacate the room by 10:00 results in charges for an additional hotel day without the possibility of further accommodation.
- Guests should request an extension of the hotel day at the Reception with appropriate notice. The Resort may decline such a request, especially if all accommodation places (rooms) are occupied or in case of Guests not complying with the Resort Regulations.
- The Resort reserves the right to refuse to extend the Guest's stay if full payment for the current stay has not been made.
§ 3. RESERVATION AND STAY
- The basis for granting a room to the Guest is presenting a photo ID to the Reception employee and filling out the stay card.
- The Guest may not provide the room to third parties, even if the paid stay period has not expired.
- Visitors may stay with Guests between 10:00 and 20:00 after prior notification to the Reception.
- Acceptance of a reservation requires payment of the reservation fee in accordance with company regulations regarding service reservations.
- The Resort may refuse service to a Guest who grossly violated the Resort Regulations during a previous stay, particularly by causing damage to the property, other Guests, employees of AMW Rewita Sp. z o.o., or other persons on the premises.
- The stay price does not include local fees which the Resort is obliged to collect during the check-in process.
§ 4. SERVICES
- If any quality concerns arise regarding the services, Guests are asked to immediately report them to the Reception to allow staff to improve the service standard.
- The Resort is obliged to ensure Guests:
- conditions for full and unrestricted rest,
- safety during the stay, including confidentiality of Guest information,
- professional and courteous service regarding all services provided at the Resort,
- room cleaning and necessary repairs to equipment during the Guest’s absence and in their presence only when consented or requested.
- Additionally, at the Guest's request, the Resort provides the following services included in the stay price:
- providing information related to the stay and travel,
- wake-up calls,
- storage of money and valuables in the deposit during the Guest’s stay, subject to § 6 sec. 4 of the Resort Regulations,
- taxi ordering.
- The Resort may provide additional services based on separate regulations and price lists.
§ 5. GUEST RESPONSIBILITY
- Children under 12 years of age should be under constant supervision of legal guardians on the Resort premises. Legal guardians bear financial responsibility for any damage caused by children.
- The Guest is fully financially responsible for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices of the Resort caused by the Guest or their visitors. The Resort reserves the right to charge the Guest for any damages after their departure.
- In case of breach of the Resort Regulations, the Resort may refuse service to the violating person who must immediately comply with Resort requirements, settle outstanding fees, pay for any damages, and leave the Resort.
- Each time the Guest leaves the room, for safety reasons, they should turn off the TV, lights, close water taps, and lock the door. The key/card should be left at the Reception. The use of heaters and other electrical devices not provided in the room is prohibited for fire safety, except chargers and power supplies for computer equipment. Any comments, requests, or equipment malfunctions should be reported to Reception.
§ 6. RESORT LIABILITY
- The Resort is liable for loss or damage to items brought by users of its services within the scope defined by the Civil Code (art. 846 and following).
- The Guest should notify the Reception immediately after damage is noted.
- The Resort is liable for loss or damage of money, securities, valuables or scientific or artistic items only if entrusted to deposit.
- The Resort reserves the right to refuse deposit of items of high value, large sums of money, items threatening safety, or oversized items which cannot be placed in deposit.
- The Resort is responsible for vehicles owned by Guests only when parked in the Resort’s guarded parking, in accordance with Resort parking regulations.
- The Resort is not responsible for items left in publicly accessible areas.
§ 7. RETURN OF LEFT ITEMS
- Personal items left in the room by a departing Guest will be sent to the address provided by the Guest at their expense.
- If no instructions for return are received, the Resort will store such items at the owner’s expense for three months, after which they become the Resort’s property.
§ 8. NIGHT QUIET
Quiet hours at the Resort are from 22:00 to 7:00 in the morning.
§ 9. COMPLAINTS
- Guests have the right to lodge complaints in case of noticed deficiencies in the quality of provided services.
- All complaints are accepted by the Resort Reception.
- Complaints should be submitted in writing immediately after noticing the deficiencies in service standards.
§ 10. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS
- The Resort does not accept animals.
- Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited inside all Resort buildings and their immediate surroundings except designated areas. Guests causing fire brigade interventions due to non-compliance will bear the costs. Additionally, Guests violating the smoking ban may be charged for room disinfection.
- It is forbidden to store dangerous goods such as weapons and ammunition, flammable, explosive, or signaling materials in rooms.
- The Resort reserves the right to move Guests to another room (room exchange) ensuring no downgrade in stay conditions (same or better standard) due to malfunctions, repairs, unforeseen events, or booking errors.
- Guests are obliged to pay for their entire stay 7 days before arrival. In special cases, with the Resort Director’s consent, payment may be made by the arrival day.
§ 11. PERSONAL DATA
- The data controller is AMW Rewita Sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw, ul. Zielone Zacisze 11B, 03-294 Warsaw.
- Contact with the Data Protection Officer is possible at: iod@rewita.pl.
- Personal data is processed for the purposes of:
- planning and managing service delivery, payment processing, accounting, auditing, settlement, and debt collection;
- handling complaints and providing ordered services;
- resolving disputes, enforcing contract terms, and asserting or defending claims;
- ensuring compliance with legal requirements such as sales documentation for tax purposes or sending notifications, as required by law.
- Where consent is given, personal data is also processed for receiving offers, other service information (including marketing newsletters), and event information.
- Personal data will not be processed for automated decision making or profiling other than described above.
- Personal data is processed based on Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of April 27, 2016 (Official Journal EU L 119 of 04.05.2016), where processing is necessary to fulfill legal obligations or legitimate interests of the Company, unless overridden by the Guest’s rights; processing may also be based on Guest consent if clearly given.
- Collected categories of personal data include:
- Contact information – full name, address, phone number, email;
- Payment data – necessary payment processing information and fraud prevention, including credit/debit card numbers, security codes, and billing details;
- Special categories of personal data related to SPA services and access to certain health facilities; health information may be requested. Consent is necessary for use; without consent, some treatments may be unavailable;
- Other personal data – occasionally requested for birthday wishes, preferences, or customs; consent is the basis for use.
- Recipients of personal data include only those authorized by law and parties involved in service delivery.
- Personal data will not be processed in third countries.
- Personal data will be stored for 10 years.
- Subject to legal conditions, the Guest has rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of their personal data. The Guest can object to processing and request data portability. Copies of data can be requested, subject to a fee if requested multiple times. Consent withdrawal is possible at any time going forward without affecting prior lawful processing. Data may still be processed based on other legal grounds.
- The Guest has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
- Providing personal data is voluntary but refusal may result in service or contract denial.
