TETMAJERA 27 FITNESS ROOM REGULATIONS
I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. The Fitness Room is located within the Rewita Zakopane Center.
2. Before entering the Fitness Room, each user is required to read these Regulations.
3. The Fitness Room is intended for training, physical recreation, and maintaining fitness.
4. Using the Fitness Room means acceptance of all points of these regulations.
II. ACCESS RULES AND OPENING HOURS
1. The Fitness Room is open daily from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
2. For guests staying at the Rewita Zakopane Center, entry during opening hours is free.
3. Use by non-guests or individual bookings (e.g., with a trainer) require prior arrangement with Reception.
III. HYGIENE, ATTIRE, AND EQUIPMENT
1. In the Fitness Room, a strict obligation to change into clean sports shoes (designated solely for indoor use) and to wear complete sports attire applies.
2. After training, all dumbbells, weights, mats, and other equipment must be returned to their designated places.
IV. SAFETY AND HEALTH CONDITION
1. Use of fitness equipment is at users' own risk.
2. People with health issues, medical contraindications, or pregnant women should adjust exercise intensity to their condition or consult a doctor before training.
3. Children under 16 may stay in the Fitness Room only under constant supervision of adults who take full responsibility.
4. Entry to the Fitness Room is strictly forbidden for persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
V. PROHIBITIONS AND ORDER
1. Smoking (including e-cigarettes), alcohol consumption, and bringing glass containers are strictly prohibited (only drinks in plastic bottles or sports bottles are allowed).
2. Opening technical cabinets, adjusting air conditioning, ventilation, or changing audio/TV settings without staff permission is prohibited.
VI. FINANCIAL LIABILITY
1. Users are fully financially responsible for damage or destruction of Fitness Room equipment caused by improper use.
2. The Center is not responsible for personal and valuable items left in the Fitness Room.
3. Staff may require persons violating regulations, damaging equipment, or disturbing others to leave the facility.
