- The regulations apply to all guests staying on the Hotel premises.
- Reservations at the Hotel are valid until 6:00 PM on the planned day of arrival, unless the guest specified a different time when making the reservation.
- The room is rented for the duration of the hotel day, which begins at 3:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM the following day.
- If the guest does not specify the length of stay, it is assumed that the room has been rented for one hotel day.
- Requests to extend the stay must be reported to the Reception by 10:00 AM on the day the stay expires. The Hotel undertakes to fulfill the request subject to availability.
- The guest should register their stay at the Reception with a photo ID (e.g., identity card, passport, driver's license).
- Payment for the room rental and parking services is made:
- in case of cash payment, in advance for the entire stay,
- in case of card payment, a hold may be placed on the card. The card will be charged for the entire stay upon departure. An exception is a non-refundable reservation - in this case, the Hotel charges for the entire stay on the day the reservation is made.
- For other services (e.g., telephone calls, food and beverage), payment is made upon departure by card or cash. VAT invoices can be issued on the day of departure upon presentation of the original receipt. It is possible to deposit the receipt at Reception at the customer's request for later invoicing. Absence of the original receipt prevents issuing an invoice.
- The Hotel may refuse admission to a guest who has grossly violated the Hotel regulations during a previous stay, caused damage to hotel property, other guests, Hotel staff, or other persons on the Hotel premises.
- The Hotel provides services in accordance with its category. Any complaints regarding the services provided should be reported to the Reception.
- A hotel guest may not transfer the room to other persons, even before the expiration of the hotel day for which they have paid.
- Visitors to guests should leave the Hotel before 10:00 PM.
- Visitors staying on the Hotel premises (excluding the restaurant) after 10:00 PM imply the guest's consent to accommodate the visitor in the room. Accommodation is charged according to the extra bed price indicated in the hotel price list.
- Quiet hours are in effect in the Hotel from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. In case of disturbance, the Hotel has the right to intervene or even refuse to continue providing services.
- The hotel guest is materially responsible for damage and destruction of equipment and technical devices of the Hotel caused by themselves or their visitors. The Hotel reserves the right to pursue claims related to damages occurring on the Hotel premises.
- The Hotel's liability for loss or damage to items brought by the hotel guest is governed by the Civil Code articles 846-849. The Hotel may refuse to accept money, securities, and valuable items for deposit if they threaten safety, their value is too high relative to the Hotel standard, or they occupy too much space.
- Each time leaving the room, the guest is obliged to turn off the lights and audiovisual devices, lock the door, and leave the key/magnetic card at Reception.
- Keeping animals in the Hotel is prohibited without Reception's consent.
- The Hotel is not responsible for vehicles parked near the Hotel.
- Smoking is prohibited in the Hotel except in rooms and areas designated for smokers. Violation of this ban may result in the guest being charged for room ozone treatment.
- The guest is obliged to observe fire safety regulations. The use of electrical devices not part of the room equipment, especially heaters, electric irons, hair dryers, etc., is prohibited. Use of hotel irons is allowed only with an ironing board or in the ironing room.
- The Hotel undertakes to store items left by guests for 30 days. Upon instruction, these items will be sent by Polish Post or courier to the address indicated by the guest at their expense.

- The administrator of your personal data as a Guest is AMW REWITA sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw, ul. Zielone Zacisze 11B, 03-294 Warsaw, NIP 7010302456, hereinafter referred to as the "Hotel Facility".
- Your personal data are processed based on the contract for hotel services concluded between the Guest and the Hotel Facility. The purpose of processing personal data is to provide hotel services or other similar services that are provided by the Hotel Facility at your request. In addition, your personal data may be processed through video monitoring used in the Hotel Facility. The purpose of using video monitoring is to protect the Guest and other persons present on the premises of the Hotel Facility or in its vicinity.
- If you provide personal data regarding preferences related to your stay or services rendered, the Hotel Facility may process such personal data to improve the quality of services provided by the Hotel Facility or to ensure the Guest's comfort or to provide additional services to the Guest. This also applies to the processing of sensitive data. The legal basis for processing personal data for this purpose is the legitimate interest of the Hotel (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). An assessment of the impact of these activities on the Guest’s privacy was conducted. This assessment led the Hotel Facility to conclude that processing personal data based on legitimate interest does not excessively interfere with the Guest’s privacy, because such processing aims to improve the quality of services provided by the Hotel Facility, which benefits the Guest by better understanding their needs. Therefore, the interests and privacy of the Guest will not be violated.
- Your personal data may also be processed for the purpose of conducting guest satisfaction surveys in relation to the services provided by the Hotel Facility. The legal basis for processing personal data for this purpose is the legitimate interest of the Hotel (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). An assessment of the impact of these activities on the Guest’s privacy was conducted. This assessment led the Hotel Facility to conclude that processing personal data based on legitimate interest does not excessively interfere with the Guest’s privacy, because such processing aims to improve the quality of services provided by the Hotel Facility, which benefits the Guest by better understanding their needs. Therefore, the interests and privacy of the Guest will not be violated.
- The Hotel Facility informs that providing personal data is a contractual and statutory requirement (when documenting sales made to the Guest with a VAT invoice). Failure to provide personal data makes it impossible to conclude a contract with the Hotel Facility or to issue a VAT invoice.
- The Hotel Facility informs that every Guest has the right to access their personal data and to correct and update them. Every Guest also has the right to data portability, to object to processing, and to delete personal data if legal grounds exist.
- The Hotel Facility informs that your personal data will be stored for the entire duration of the hotel service provision to the Guest, as well as for the statute of limitations period for any claims, including tax and civil claims. Personal data processed by video monitoring will be stored for 14 days unless, due to special circumstances (e.g. an accident), the recording from the monitoring must be stored longer, including for the duration of any proceedings conducted based on legal provisions.
- The Hotel Facility informs that your personal data may be disclosed to the following categories of recipients:
- Accounting firms cooperating with the Hotel Facility,
- Law firms cooperating with the Hotel Facility,
- Insurance companies cooperating with the Hotel Facility,
- IT companies and companies providing support and management of the Hotel Facility's IT infrastructure,
- Courier and postal companies,
- Travel agencies.
- The Hotel Facility informs about the right to file a complaint to the supervisory authority overseeing the processing of personal data. In the case of booking accommodation at the Hotel Facility through a travel agency or a booking portal, the categories of the Guest’s personal data provided to the Hotel Facility by these entities may include in particular name and surname, date of stay, email address, phone number of the Guest.
