In accordance with Art. 13 sections 1−2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Official Journal of the EU L 119, p. 1) – hereinafter referred to as “GDPR” – we inform that:

  1. The administrator of your data is AMW Rewita Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw at Zielone Zacisze 11B, Warsaw (03-294), registered in the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number 0000394569 (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”).
  2. The Administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer and a Deputy Data Protection Officer, with whom you can contact in all matters related to the processing of personal data via the email address: iod@rewita.pl or by sending a written notice to the Administrator's correspondence address.
  3. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of conducting the current recruitment process – legal basis Art. 6 section 1 point b) GDPR, i.e. processing is necessary to take actions at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.
  4. In case of leaving your CV for future recruitment purposes, the personal data contained therein will be processed based on Art. 6 section 1 point a) GDPR – i.e. based on the consent you have given. You have the right to withdraw this consent at any time, however, the withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out based on consent before its withdrawal.
  5. The Administrator may share your personal data with other recipients only on the basis of legal provisions within their entitlements or in connection with the necessity to fulfill a legal obligation or exercise a right under the law. The Administrator may also disclose your personal data to entities acting on behalf of the Administrator based on data processing entrustment. These may include IT system providers, recruitment portals, email service providers, and other entities through which the Administrator processes personal data.
  6. Your personal data will be processed for 3 months from the date of sending your CV, and in the case of processing for future recruitment purposes – i.e. based on consent – for a period of 1 year from submission or until you withdraw your consent to processing – whichever occurs first.
  7. In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the following rights:
    a) the right to access your data and receive a copy,
    b) the right to rectify (correct) your data,
    c) the right to delete data,
    d) the right to restrict data processing,
    e) the right to data portability. Moreover, you have the right to file a complaint regarding the processing of your personal data to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
  8. No decisions concerning you will be made based solely on automated processing, including profiling, as referred to in Art. 13 section 2 point f) GDPR.
  9. Providing your personal data is not mandatory but necessary to participate in the recruitment. Failure to provide data results in the inability to conduct the recruitment procedure.
