SPA & Wellness AREA REGULATIONS TETMAJERA 27
I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. The SPA & Wellness Area, hereinafter called the "SPA Area," is located within the Rewita Zakopane Center.
2. Before entering the SPA Area, every user must read these Regulations.
3. The SPA Area is a place of silence, relaxation, and calm.
4. Using the SPA Area means acceptance of all points of these Regulations.
II. ACCESS RULES AND OPENING HOURS
1. The SPA Area is open daily from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
2. For Guests staying at the Rewita Zakopane Center, access to the SPA Area during opening hours is free of charge.
3. Reservations for massages and paid treatments must be made directly by phone at: 531 575 125.
III. HYGIENE, TOWELS AND ROBES
1. Before entering saunas or the jacuzzi, users must thoroughly wash their entire body with soap under the shower.
2. Clean pool towels are provided directly in the SPA Area.
3. Used towels must be left after use in the designated laundry basket within the SPA Area. Taking SPA towels to hotel rooms is prohibited.
4. Guests may rent a hotel robe at the Main Reception. The rental fee is 25 PLN for the entire stay. Robes must be returned upon check-out.
IV. SAFETY AND HEALTH CONDITION
1. Use of the saunas and jacuzzi is at the user's own risk.
2. Persons with chronic health issues (heart, blood pressure, or pregnancy) should avoid sauna use or consult a doctor.
3. Children under 16 may stay in the SPA Area only under constant adult supervision.
4. Entry to the SPA Area is strictly prohibited to persons under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants.
V. PROHIBITIONS AND ORDER
1. Smoking, alcohol consumption, and bringing in glass containers are strictly prohibited throughout the SPA Area.
2. Bringing and using mobile phones, cameras, and other recording devices is forbidden.
3. Adjusting heating devices in saunas or pouring water or oils on stones without staff consent is prohibited.
VI. MATERIAL RESPONSIBILITY
1. Users bear full financial responsibility for any damage to SPA Area equipment.
2. The Center is not responsible for personal or valuable items left in the SPA Area.
3. Staff may order the removal of persons violating regulations without any claims.
