Serock – an attractively located city on the Zegrze Reservoir, about 40 kilometers from the center of Warsaw. Very well connected with the capital.
In the center of the village, the old urban layout has been preserved with a cobbled, medieval market square and a more modern town hall from 1995. While strolling around Serock, it is worth visiting the late-Gothic church founded by the Dukes of Mazovia, built around 1526. From the observation deck there is a beautiful panorama of the estuary of the Bug and Narew. Nearby, there is the Barbarka Grodzisko, where you can see a model of a medieval castle.
